Below are answers to some common questions.
We use FreeAgent to send invoices and accept online payments via Stripe and bank transfer..
Through an online interface called ClickUp where you'll have a private secure online client area. Communications will primarily be electronic.
We work to deadlines rather than set times, for example, instead of responding between 9-5 in any particular time zone, we respond with 24 hours, oftentimes sooner during Mon to Fri.
We'll guide you every step of the way with supportive instructions and tutorials.
Payment is required in advance on a monthly basis before any work commences, we will notify you in advance of exceeding the allotted budget.
We use an online password system called 1Password and you only communicate via the client area which has a login and restricted access to both you and the people in your company..
You just need an internet connection and computer.
Any training or handover should be minimal, we will discuss all of this on a conference call.
